Purchase Plus Integration

PouchVENUE's integration with the Purchase Plus platform provides ease and smoother operations management to clients. 


Every time a user closes an End-of-Day report, PouchVENUE system will generate data of the items sold in CSV format of Purchase Plus and will upload the file to the client's SFTP server. The managers can then easily download get the file from their server and upload it on Purchase Plus. 



End of Day Report


After connecting PurchasePlus to PouchVENUE, the system will generate and will automatically upload to the server the closed End of Day Report of items sold in a Location. The generated file will follow the CSV format of PurchasePlus.




To upload the End of Day to PurchasePlus:
1. Log in to your PouchVENUE Dashboard.

2. Go to "Transactions".

3. Run End of Day.

4. System will generate the CSV file of items sold in the Location and upload to the SFTP server.

5. Get the uploaded CSV file from the server.

6. Upload the CSV file to PurchasePlus.


How to Connect Purchase Plus 

To start the integration process, the SFTP credentials of the Venue Manager's server are needed. Once SFTP credentials are provided and connected, users will be able to connect PurchasePlus to their PouchVENUE dashboard. 


For the integration process, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your PouchVENUE Dashboard.

2. Go to "Settings".

3. Select "Integrations".


4. Enter the SFTP server details and credentials

5. Once done, click on "Connect and Install".



How to View the PurchasePlus Integration Details

After connecting PurchasePlus to PouchVENUE dashboard, users will be able to view the PurchasePlus Integration details.


To view the details of the PurchasePlus integration, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your PouchVENUE Dashboard.

2. Go to "Settings".

3. Select "Integrations".

4. Click on "View Info".



How to Edit the Details of the PurchasePlus Integration

After connecting PurchasePlus to PouchVENUE dashboard, users will be able to edit the PurchasePlus Integration details.


To change the details of the PurchasePlus integration, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your PouchVENUE Dashboard.

2. Go to "Settings".

3. Select "Integrations".

4. Click on "View Info".

5. Click on "Edit Details".


6. Enter the required SFTP Details.

7. Click on "Reconnect".



How to Disconnect the PurchasePlus Integration

After connecting PurchasePlus to PouchVENUE dashboard, users will be able to disconnect the PurchasePlus Integration.


To disconnect PurchasePlus integration, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your PouchVENUE Dashboard.

2. Go to "Settings".

3. Select "Integrations".

4. Click on "View Info".

5. Click on "Disconnect".
