If a manager mistakenly issued a voucher to a guest or staff, they still have the option to remove it. Below are the step-by-step guide on how to remove an issued voucher.

  • Go to the "Scan" Tab 
  • Select "Manage Tag" and tap the guest or staff wristband where the voucher was issued
  • Select "Vouchers" and you will see all the available vouchers left for that specific tag
  • Click on the "-" or "+" sign to set the number of vouchers to be removed from that tag.

  • Click the Red Button - "Remove X voucher"
  • Tap the guest tag to successfully remove the voucher 
  • Once done, the success page will show a yellow check wuth the customer's details, remaining credits and remaining balance.
