Step-by-Step Guide on How to Clear a Tag
SCENARIO 1: The guest does not have any remaining balance
- Go to the Venue Tab
- Select "Clear Tag" to continue.
- Users will then be asked to tap the tag that they want to clear.
- Once the tag is properly tapped, the user will see the success page with a yellow check and an "All Clear!" text.
