Clearing a tag means deleting the current guest details and transactions embedded in a specific tag. These tags can be re-activated and can be paired with other guests and staff.


Step-by-Step Guide on How to Clear a Tag


SCENARIO 1: The guest does not have any remaining balance


  • Go to the Venue Tab
  • Select "Clear Tag" to continue.
  • Users will then be asked to tap the tag that they want to clear.
  • Once the tag is properly tapped, the user will see the success page with a yellow check and an "All Clear!" text.
