In this feature, users will be able to see the guest’s guest profile, name, and Tag UID with the use count. Guest details also show the total remaining balance of the tag with breakdown amounts from credits and postpaid credits.
From this page, staff will also be able to top-up, refund, and check-out if needed.
In this feature, all transactions made by the guest’s tag will be synced to other devices and be able to see in the recent transactions and how much credits are deducted or added per transaction. If the device is offline, the transactions listed are only those transactions made on that device used in viewing tag details. View all will display all the transactions of the tag and will show the discrepancy if the guest's current balance is not equal to the last transaction’s new balance.
