Step-by-step guide on how to Refund Credits



  • Go to the "Scan" Tab
  • Select the "Manage Tag" button 
  • Users will then be redirected to the Tag Details page where they can select "Refund" (This button will only show up if the staff logged in is designated to a "Return Credit" role)
  • Upon clicking the "Refund" button, the staff will be asked to tap the Guest wristband.
  • A successful refund will show a yellow check with the refunded amount which means that the credits have been removed from the guest tag. Staff can then return the money in cash or other preferred payment methods.
