DEFINITION OF TERMS


  • Transaction ID – autogenerated number
  • Date – Date and time of voucher issued or used.
  • Voucher – name of the voucher
  • Qty – the quantity of the issued or used vouchers
  • Guest – Name of the guest 
  • Location – name of vendor from voucher usage
  • Staff – the name of the staff who issued or redeemed the voucher
  • Type:
  • Issue – when staff issued a voucher to a guest
  • Failed Issue - when voucher issue encounters a failed tap
  • Redeemed - when the guest redeemed and used the voucher from a location.
  • Failed Redeemed – when redemption of voucher encounters a failed tap
  • Removed - When staff with manager authorization removed a voucher on tag
  • Failed Remove - When staff with manager authorization failed to remove a voucher on tag
