DEFINITION OF TERMS
- Transaction ID – autogenerated number
- Date – Date and time of voucher issued or used.
- Voucher – name of the voucher
- Qty – the quantity of the issued or used vouchers
- Guest – Name of the guest
- Location – name of vendor from voucher usage
- Staff – the name of the staff who issued or redeemed the voucher
- Type:
- Issue – when staff issued a voucher to a guest
- Failed Issue - when voucher issue encounters a failed tap
- Redeemed - when the guest redeemed and used the voucher from a location.
- Failed Redeemed – when redemption of voucher encounters a failed tap
- Removed - When staff with manager authorization removed a voucher on tag
- Failed Remove - When staff with manager authorization failed to remove a voucher on tag
